Hi Copper, can I create a list of products and associate a price to each product in my Opportunities? My business is structured so that I have a series of base packages, for example: Premium - 100 eurosElite - 500 eurosExclusive- 1000 eurosIn addition, I have a number of additional “options” that can be added to the product packages and that also have an associated cost, for example:Private label - 50 euros Personalized wine corks - 25 eurs Personalized wood cases - 75 eurosWhen I create an opportunity, I would like to be able to select the base package and have the associated price show up in the opportunity “value”. And if I add options, that those additional prices get added to the total value.Is this possible, and if so, how do I go about setting this up? I’ve used other CRM systems in the past where it was possible to create a product and the associated price, but I don’t seem to find this on Copper, which complicates our sales reports and reducing errors related to manual inputt
Can I use multiple emails? Do team members have to have the same email url?
Any idea how much time does it take to update contacts in Google from Copper. Its been over 3 hours but the label is still not showing up?
The instructions provided in Copper leave much to be desired. Is there a straightford method of importing Insightly data into Copper that makes sure that Notes associated with contacts and companies are not lost? Any “gotchas” that users have experienced that I would need to be aware of? Thanks! Stan
Team - I am trying to get a handle on how flight revenue correctly in the pipeline feature. For example, if i close a deal that is to run revenue over a period of six months, I want revenue to reflect in each of these 6 months and not all in the month the deal closed. Is there a way to flight how the revenue gets recognized in the pipeline? Surely I am not the only one to have asked this question…..support BOT was not helpful. Thanks in advance.Holly

I’m new to Copper following a long search for a CRM that fits our business.Having settled in with the desktop app I moved on to the iPhone app and I’m struggling to find much utility in it -- how does everyone use it? - what am I missing?For example, there is no Gmail mobile app add-on for Copper (unlike Pipedrive and others) so if a new potential customer emails me with an opportunity I’ve got to wait till I get back to the office before I can process it in Copper.How do you folks handle this? It’s a bit of a show stopper and I’d really appreciate some guidance. Considering Copper is supposed to be the premier Gmail-aligned I’m amazed and disappointed that it can’t talk to the Gmail iPhone app.
The support chat from copper has vanished, so i’ll ask this here. I don’t really understand the ‘legacy vs new’ reports, but… in ‘new reports’, none of the users can see them. Only the admin. Even the menu item is missing on the left edge.I click on the ‘share’ icon on a report, but only the admin user (plus some etl account @ gooddata) is present.so… how can my team use this feature? are reports only for the admin?Also, the performance is just awful on these new reports. Is there any improvement on the horizon? its quite hard to use a web interface that takes so long to load when you click.
We use Integromat to build mission critical integrations with Copper.For some years now we have had a mission critical Integromat scenario which uses the Copper API to return Opportunities which have particular values in a couple of custom fields (of type ‘text’).As of ~May 1st the Copper API started returning errors for queries on custom fields (of type text) where previously these were executed successfully. It worked to some degree, but “last contacted” “interactions” and “inactive days” “email” and other fields did not import and I had that info on my spreadsheet So my question is: Why is some data importing but some not? Hi Copper Community, I’ve recently started using Copper and building reports based on report templates. However, activity related reports (e.g. Activity by User, Activity Touchpoints by Company /Person & Opportunity) do not seem to work. They always show “No data for your filter selection” although I’ve plenty of activities on companies and persons. I’ve tried adjusting data range to “all time” but it does not help. Can anyone help? The chat function on Copper doesn’t seem to be working right now, so I’m reaching out here. I want to confirm that once I create an Opportunity or Pipeline, that I cannot then import people who are already in Copper into that pipeline? Do I have to add them manually one by one?Thank you.
I followed the instructions for the commission calculator in Workflow Automations, adjusting it to my own needs, when I put in the formula used, I changed “Commission Rate” to “Revenue Split” since that is the name of the field I have (Field key = Rev_Split) but...it came back with an error titledUnsupported Variable: [‘monetary_value’] What is monetary_value supposed to be representing in this workflow recipe? I don’t see it mentioned anywhere else in the doc: “Example Workflow Automation: calculating commision” The point of this automation is to make “Prep Revenue” = 50% of “Contract Price”50% is represented by “Revenue Split”Attached are screenshots of the error when entered as-is in the Copper Example, and the error when I changed “monetary_value” to “Contract_Price”TIA for your help!
On LEADS I would like the first column to be Company but it keeps defaulting to First Name. How can I change that? It seems that First Name is fixed and I cannot drag it or customize it.

We currently have a workflow automation that creates a new opportunity in a different pipeline when the original opportunity is Closed-Won. This automation creates the new opportunity and pushes the Opportunity ID of the original opportunity to a field called, “Related Opportunity” Instead of just pushing the ID of the original opportunity, we’d like to push the URL link to the original oppportunity. Hello, Doing research on the best tool to work with contacts for a customer.Use Case:The customer has a google webform where his clients can subscribe for events. The customer then wants to use the contact information for future mailings. I see we can import and update contacts with copper. However if I use tags that represent the activity the client attended, and I import the tag, then all previous tags are overwritten instead of added.Is there a better way to work with this?
