We have 2 ‘attempts to communicate’ activities:
- email (we send them, they may or may not have read)
- voice mail
these are not set as ‘interactions’, since they are not.
for purposes of knowing when to try again, we need a date column of last attempt.
we have ‘last contacted’, but its only set for interactions.
we have these date fields, but none apply
