Hi All,I’m wondering if there might be a way to limit visibility of specific files attached to contact records? I’m asking because our team uses Copper in fundraising and we often have to have confidential conversations with our funders and our practice in the past has been to create a memo of our conversations. We prefer to have our team members have access to most emails, but certain things are not fit for all eyes. Or, is there another way you might suggest we manage this? Thank you!
Chrome extension is working (on the right) but today it no longer shows icon to set "related to" - the window on the right is working, only the icon on the email header is no longer present. I reinstalled extension but problem remains.
When I send email it’s extremely convenient the “My Tracked Emails” page as I can see if and when my email was opened.However, if I send it to multiple recipients, I cannot distinguish who did open it and who didn’t.How to fix this issue?In this example below is that I actually see when I’ve sent my email to 3 recipients (1 + 2 CC): Viewed by someone on Today at 2:16 PMViewed by someone on Today at 2:16 PMViewed by someone on Today at 2:16 PMViewed by someone on Today at 2:16 PM I which to know who that “someone” is.Thanks

But how much can you set up for the other side of things like when updating a companies or something?I am looking to set things as simple as.When i log a Breeze Session - Change Status from Education to adoptionOr when I set a calendar session for a bs change it from engagement to education and so on?Is that possible or is it mostly set up for stuff like pipeline?

Hi, we have had erroneous duplicates introduced to our data system over the past three years through our own doing. However, we have spent some time on several occasions, most recently in June, to remove these duplicates through deletion or merging, where applicable. Recently, our database numbers have jumped back up again and we have noticed that many duplicates have returned. Can you assist us with identifying the reason for this issue and preventing it in the future? Is there a faster way to merge/delete duplicate records?
I am not able to see the in-app chat icon to be able to contact support so that I can discuss my subscription which is due for renewal soon.I have not been able to find any other way to make contact with someone at Copper

When new clients register / submit a Contact Form on our website, we receive an automated system notification via email, which comes from no-reply@ourdomainnameAs such, Copper isn't recognising the users details - just ours.Does anyone have any advice regarding this issue?
Is it possible to set up a user with their company Gmail address (name@company.com) but also have a group email (legal@ or sales@) that person is a part of so all activity shows for companies for tracking? This is especially important/helpful when our legal team is corresponding with customers during contracting. Sales hands off the customer and so all of legal sees emails, the correspondence is sent from the group email, however the legal team have individual user accounts in Copper.OR Sales manager (lastname@company.com) and sales team (sales@company.com) - would want both emails to track for the customer in Copper.

I’m aware that there’s a list of social media platforms in the field. However, what if new platforms come up? Using ‘other’ is unclear of what the social platform is.It would be nice to be able to customize this field like the ability of add additional social media platforms beside those listed in the drop down menu. For example, YELP, most of our clients are restaurants and they have a Yelp page. So listing in ‘other’ option would not make sense as ‘other’ could be a different platform for another client.Please consider this idea, thanks.
When I try to use the bulk email option for my open opportunities - I don’t see the “Name” field as an option to select. Is it possible to pull the “Name” field into bulk emails?

I am trying to create dynamic pipelines. When we've move a person through our BASICS pipeline and they've filled out a placement application I want to be then able to clone the opportunity into our Community pipeline that follows up with onboarding, placement, and satisfaction reviews.I've spent a few hour following past videos and forums but nothing I'm doing seems to be working. I know there is a way to move people from one pipeline to the next but I was hoping to keep the original opportunity in place so that I can have it recorded as “won” in our BASICS pipeline.thank you for helping.
I have created two different saved filters for an opportunities pipeline. I would like to configure the columns for these filtered lists differently (i.e. have different columns showing in each case). However, when I changed the configuration of one filter, Copper automatically changed the configuration for the second filter. Is there a way to configure the filtered lists differently?
I suddenly am unable to edit "Related to" field within Tasks. I added the wrong person and now I can't remove them. This means I have to delete the task and start over? Inconvenient.

We have a pipeline that uses automation to clone an opportunity into two successor pipelines when the original opportunity is moved to won. We would like to remind the user to Verify/Update key data fields before marking an opportunity as “Won”, so the data automatically flows through and we don’t have to manually update the data on the cloned opps in the two successor pipelines. What is the best way to accomplish this?
