Many Filters on Opportunities that have existed in our system for many months seem to have disappeared. I looked in the settings and nothing seems to have changed - “Include in Filters” is clicked on these custom fields, yet they do not show up in the right-hand Filters panel when in Pipelines. Any ideas on what may be happening here and how to fix?
Why does Copper create another MailChimp Subscriber when updating a contact's email address, instead of updating the existing one?
I updated the email address of one of my contacts, and when I checked in MailChimp, Copper created a new subscriber, instead of updating the existing one.See screenshot below.This happens using the native Copper+MailChimp integration.
From the Home Screen when I click on the Pipelines Tab I get nothing. Try opening in another tab and nothing but blank screen. When I open this in Firefox it works. When I open this up on another computer it works so its a local browser problem that I can’t figure out how to fix. Help Please
I don’t see a way that Copper handles duplicate leads from an import. If I import a file 1 with a bunch of leads, then file 2 with more leads and there’s some overlap, it seems I get duplicate leads. Is there a way to eliminate these duplicates? I would think there’s a way they could be auto-caught and merged or something.
