I’m struggling to review how many DMs have been scheduled and what has happened with our opportunities as I go over the Q1 report.
How can I review this information?
We have multiple stages in the funnels and they sometimes are different.
It goes something like,
First approach made > DM Scheduled > CAPI Scheduled, > Proposal Scheduled, etc---
Sometimes we had the classical no shows, or leads dying in the negotiation process, yet I’m not able to review this as the Lead cards might have been moved in the 3 month period.
What do you recommend?
