Syncing copper clients to phone

I know it’s possible as my boss does it, but he doesn’t know how he did it. Essentially what I want is when a client calls me, it shows up on my iPhone with their name. Can anyone show me how this is done?Thank you!

In-app chat icon

Hello all -I have been trying to decrease the number of Copper CRM seats we have in the system. I can add seats but I have no way to reduce them. I do not see a chat icon or chat bubble anywhere in Copper. When I go to support, I’m directed to the in-app chat icon and I don’t have one. Any suggestions?

Column arrangment

Shouldn’t the edit box change order based on how you are arranging columns on the main pages? e.g. when you are in People and move a column, the box where you would edit does not change to reflect.

Weird Google file names

This odd thing is happening when attached files to tasks, projects, etc. where Copper seems to pull a random piece of text as a name for the file. Is there an option to rename files? Attached here is a screenshot from an internal note on the issue.

How to Handle Contacts that Have Left a Company/Organization?

How do folks handle a contact/person that has left a certain company or organization? Assuming they don’t come back as a lead at the other company, do you change the contact type? For now, I have created one called “No Longer with Company” as I didn’t really want to delete them… are there other ways to handle this beyond actually deleting the contact?

Connection Custom Field Values Not Showing in Projects Filters

We have a connection custom field for all of our cases indicating the court the case is set in. When I go to projects and try to filter the cases by “Court Name” which is the name of the connection, no values show in the table. Even though the name appears when you view the overview of each project on the left hand panel, it does not appear on the table. I checked and do not have any duplicate fields with the same name that are active.

Copper is not tracking my custom activities

When someone completes a task, Copper should log that activity, right? Well, this doesn’t seem to happen for us and I can’t figure out why….Our team uses 2 custom activity types on Copper: Wireframe and Bid. We use automated tasks and these tasks are categorized by these 2 activity types. We can see that Copper logs our activity in the detail view for Leads and Opportunities…. but when I try to create a user activity report, none of these activities are counted. Is anyone else having this problem?

Bulk email "to" field

When I select multiple leads or people to receive a bulk email (with the setting Email links open in Gmail), all recipients are listed in the “to” field. Does that mean when it sends, they can all see the other recipients email addresses? Is there a way to automatically bcc all of the people selected to receive the email?

Questions Regarding Email Syncing

Hello, I am reaching out regarding email visibility. My understanding, is that the only way to make ALL emails private as an admin is to go into settings - personal preference - email settings & templates - and click “no (always private by default).” Or, you can hover your mouse over the 3 dots and individually make an email private. Additional questions I have regarding email syncing are, what if we delete the email domain? Does that stop auto-sync? Or do we need to delete the carrier contact in order for it to auto sync? How to filter contacts who performed an activity today?

Hi Copper Team, I want to filter contacts that had a logged activity with a certain date. For example, we have sent these contacts a MailChimp campaign and Outfunnel automatically logs an activity under their Copper record when they click a link in the campaign. I want to filter all contacts who clicked the link in the campaign with today’s date, so we can call them. ‘’how do I do this?

Hello, I am reaching out with a question for copper. I am wanting to see if I am made super admin if I can send emails as someone else. For example, I am super admin (Isabella) but I want to send a mass email as someone else (Erin) am I able to do that and if so, how do I do that? thank you!
