Google contacts only partially syncing

Hello everyone,
 
I signed up for Copper today. I had issues importing my Google contacts. I've tried reverting and syncing several times w/o success. Now, when I try to sync my Google contacts, less than 1/3 of them are syncing to Copper, and I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help?

Hi Im having the same problem.  When I select my google contact as an import option I only get a handful of them imported and then when I try to re import I get 0 new contact.  Anyone at copper that can help as its hard to setup and get going without any contacts...
