Hello!
I am new to Copper and I am just starting the process of importing data into the system. What I would like to know is how to assign a person as the Primary contact under Companies. For instance, when I import the data, I want the Designated Representative (a field I created) to always be the Primary Contact for an organization. Is there a way to do this? When I am importing people for a company, it seems to randomly assign the Primary and that is not how I want it to appear in the system. Please see image below as a reference:
