Hello,
I just created the following task automation:
- Object: Opportunity
- Trigger: Status is Open and Close Date is within 30 days
- Purpose: Prompt user to confirm/update Close Date
- Desired Behavior: Automation triggers each time close date comes within 30 days. (Example: User updated Close Date last time the workflow was initiated. Now Close Date has once again fallen within 30 days, thus another task is created for the same Opportunity.)
Having reviewed your task automation documentation, I am unable to determine whether task automations trigger only once, or each time the event occurs. Can you provide insight into this?
