Hello, I am trying to match up my Opportunities to my People using this workaround: https://support.copper.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002803763-Add-a-Copper-ID-to-the-People-record to create a merge-able set of data that I can merge and migrate elsewhere. The problem is, it is out of date. There is no “ProsperWorks ID” as indicated in Step 7.We need to move forward with our migration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am in an industry where from time to time I will need to create a contact report (PDF) for a single contact with all of their activities (calls, notes, etc) listed in that report. In other words, if I needed to know everything that I have done pertaining to a contact, this report would tell me that. I have looked around to see how I can accomplish this, but I am not getting any traction. Thanks!
Reports are pulling from the database using criteria. When a report shows that I had 20 “activities” that are “SMS” and date is “current day”, somewhere in the background, that list is compiled to count the total. Why can we not drill down on that data to get a list of all of the SMS sent today. This is just an example, but I find myself wanting to drill down on most reports to analyze the data or check it for accuracy.
One of our favorite things to track is activities. Phone calls and SMS messages are important touchpoints with our clients so they’re our top 2 activities that lead to sales. We’ve created a “Morning Activity Report” that shows the previous day’s activities and we utilize the data for analysis in sheets. We were very excited to see we could allow SMS tracking to automatically create those activities as opposed to manual logging, but they don’t show up on our reports. When we manually log an SMS, it the data is reported. Is there something we need to do or is this a design flaw?
We would like to use opportunities for our product development pipelines. Is there any chance that you can include all fields in the ‘edit opportunity card fields’ drop down menu?We would like to show custom field content on the opportunity cards to help us see at one glance what the next step for that project is and when it should be finished.
Hi there, I would like to understand how I can set up some automation in sales forecasting. Assume we organise corporate travel for our clients and our average revenue per user per night is $300. I would like to set up an automation that when a sales rep enters a number of nights and a number of participants, Copper would automatically calculate opp value (number of nights x number of participants x our average revenue per particicant per night). Is this possible? Thank you
I get the following error when trying to go into the reports section: “Looks like we're having trouble loading Copper Reports. Try clicking "Refresh" below, or contact support. If you're a new user, it might take up to 24 hours for data to start loading. Check back soon! Can anyone assist please? Thanks!
The reports page has been failing to load and this is the error message, “Looks like we're having trouble loading Copper Reports. Try clicking "Refresh" below, or contact support. If you're a new user, it might take up to 24 hours for data to start loading. Check back soon!I’ve waited 24hrs...for a week and it still doesn’t load.
In my reports I have a few Opportunity Detail lists. These allow you to scroll down the list when you on screen. However, when I prepare a pdf report, only the list items tha can be viewed on screen are printed. I have made the Detail lists bigger to accommodate a longer list but. there seems to be a maximum size (that is currently not long enough for the lists I want to share. Is there a way to ensure that all items are shown when printing to pdf.
Hi, new to Copper. I am an admin so I should have necessary credentials to use the reporting function. The account owner can use it on our account. But when I click on reports I get this message: That didn't go according to plan.Looks like we're having trouble loading Copper Reports. Try clicking "Refresh" below, or contact support. If you're a new user, it might take up to 24 hours for data to start loading. Check back soon! Any suggestions?
We’re working on a major data backup and wondering is there any way to download the email histroy that is logged in Copper? I’ve backed up all our record data (people, opportunities, etc.) but wondering what else is it possible for me to pull and backup? I’ve tried using the activities add on google sheet, but keep getting an error message…
I have a couple of dashboards that I would like to share as scheduled weekly reports. When I select ‘To’ I am offered a list of only a few of our Copper users. When I try to add email addresses of others (whether they are Copper users or not), the following message appears. The email address deletes itself before I can do anything else. What am I doing wrong?
Is there a way to track the actual date that a user logged a client activity? If a user logs a phone call three days after the phone call was made - you can back date when logging this activity’s information. Is there a way to see what date the user put that information in vs. the date they want you to see?
As we have grown in our use of Copper and the data it holds that we rely on daily - it is becoming more concerning we don’t have an automatic daily back up. In opening a ticket, it seems there isn’t a way to back up, short of me daily creating an export of the different data sets. Is anyone doing an automatic back up, or do you have a solution other than manually exporting the different data sets? I am starting with the question, before I log an idea. Thanks
It would be very helpful if we could track progress through pipeline stages with reports. Currently, we have to have 2 pipelines.1st Meeting to Design Agreement Design Agreement to Construction Contract. If we could create reports that track through stages of a pipeline, we wouldn’t have to have the hassle of working through 2 pipelines.
