Dashboard - Calendar Event not in Google Calendar - How to remove
On my Copper Dashboard it keeps showing a calendar event for Today ( and Every Tuesday and Thursday), but the Event(s) are not on my Google Calendar. It was initially setup as a recurring meeting by someone else through google calendar, but that recurring meeting stopped. When I click on the event from the dashboard, it goes to my Google Calendar and does not find it. Other events seem to be syncing correctly. How do I remove this meeting from showing in copper that is not in my calendar. It also ends up showing in the daily emails that I have a meeting I do not have.
Copper exporting wrong data to google sheets
Hi, We have quite a few reports built in google sheets and I have come across with an issue that is affecting our reports. When I pull (refresh) opportunity data from Copper to a google sheet report, the data that arrives into the tab is lead data instead of opportunity data. This started to happen around two weeks ago. The reports and refreshing the data has worked before without any issues. Any advice what can be done?
How to create cumulative line charts
To develop a forward looking forecast, I want to show the cumulative effect of the orders (ARR) closing in the future….ie if Q1 is 1M and Q2 is 1M I want Q3 to start w/2M. Every CRM seems to do this out of the box but just can figure it out in Copper. When the VC asks, how much ARR will have by end of year I have to add up each spike in my chart:-)
create an activity report that filters on custom field
Hello,I am running a campaign and have created a custom dropdown field with the Campaign Name in Leads. I want to track the activity for that campaign. I’ve used the activity template and have added the CF to the filter in the report, nothing filters. I wait hours for an update and nothing filters. I get the same information on all of my activity reports, nothing filters.I need to know how many calls and emails are being made for this specific group of leads. Is this possible with this application? I’ve implemented and administered several different CRMs and have not has these these types of delays and complicated steps for seemingly simple reports. Are there settings that I am missing? I’ve gone to the knowledge base and video’s, followed the instructions, so I must be missing something.Thank you!
person list with only activities
Hello,I’ve tried to create a report that show who the person was that was attached to an activity. I can’t find how to turn off the filter that says “include 0). I don’t want to see the entire list of people, just the ones who have an activity attached. Seems like it should be easy, but I’m not seeing it. Thank you!
Calculating Win Rates Based on Date of Sales Discovery Call
Hi Copper Team, I’d like to run a report where I can see the Discovery Calls that happened in a specific date range, and which of those deals closed. We have an Activity Type called, “Discovery Call”. I want to tell Copper, “show me all the discovery calls that happened in the month of February, and show me which of those deals have closed as of today”.How do I do that?
Using Close Date in Reports
Is it possible to use Close Date in Reports?Specifically, I am trying to see a dynamic view of how many open opportunities are assigned to each owner each month based on the opportunities’ close date. For us, close date is a fixed date when the opportunity will be closed out, so we would like to be able to see a view of our owners’ caseloads each month based on how many opportunities will be open at that time. Is this possible?

Hello,I have my filter Key opportunities on my pipelines and I would like to be able to trace this key opportunities building a weekly report showing (my new opportunies of the week) I tried however I can’t find Key opportunities in the Report dashboards.. Can someone help me?Thanks!
Report showing stages out of order
Hi, could someone advise how I can re-organise the order in which stages are showing on my report? It’s showing it out of order. I have seen a previous discussion similar to my inquiry, and I have already changed the ‘View by’ to display Opp Stage as ‘Opp stage rank’ but that just assigns numbers to the stages in the order in which they appear on the report- not in the actual stage. Screenshot below for reference- the order in the actual pipeline is ‘Inquiry, Qualification, Scheduling, Scheduled, Follow-up, Proposal/Quote, Contract’. Please can someone advise on how I can solve this? Thank you!
Deleted Opportunities Still Appearing in a Report
We are running a report that lists the Opportunities (the courses the student is taking) attached to individual Person records (the student), filtered by a Tag (the semester in which they are studying). The Opportunity relates to them through a Custom relationship field.The report is showing Opportunities that the student is no longer related to (because they swapped courses), even if I slap a date filter on it…Can anyone advise what is happening, and how to ensure that only those Opps that the Person is connected to show up, please?

Customer setup for reporting
Hi! I have recently started at a nonprofit for women who have genetic mutations for breast and/or ovarian cancer or have received a diagnosis. We send out care packages to these women. We currently have a field in the person’s information where we manually type in the date that it has been sent. It is not set up to recognize it as a a date so we cannot count how many care packages we have sent over a certain amount of time. Any advice on how to set up a person’s contact information where we can set it up so we can count how many care packages we have sent over a period of time? TIA,Rachel
How can I include emails in the report I pull for abandoned leads?
Hi there, I am looking to pull a report of all the leads that were abandoned last year and need it to include the email addresses. How can I do this? I seem to only be able to pull a report that includes names and organization. Thanks
Can the display of Headline values be modified?
I’m attempting to do something that I thought would be pretty straightforward.I’d just like to create a Headline that shows what percentage of Leads are from a specific source “Client Referral”:If I switch the primary metric to %, it just adds zeros to the end of the number rather than doing any calculation.The “Versus” value is useful in this case, but I can’t find a way to customize it to show what percentage are “Client Referalls” and instead it displays the opposing value (how much smaller 35 is vs 1,105)It’s technically usable but a very weird way to present this very simple KPI and I expect it to cause a lot of confusion. “So, -97% means roughly 3% of our leads are “Client Referrals?”The fact that there are options to display in % leads me to believe I must be doing something wrong, and I am missing a setting or features somewhere… Surely this must be the case because nobody would ever want switching an integer to a percent to just add zeroes to the end?Any helps is appreciated!
