I’m facing an issue with currency handling in our reports within Copper. Our operations span multiple countries, and the system currently sums up values in different currencies without considering exchange rates, leading to inaccurate reports and skewed KPIs.
Request: We urgently need a feature that allows for currency conversion in reports, enabling us to view consolidated figures in a single, selected currency. This functionality is essential for accurate financial analysis and is already a part of Copper’s capabilities but needs to be activated or made accessible in reporting and opportunity fields.
Action Needed: Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the implementation of this feature. This adjustment will significantly enhance our efficiency by eliminating the need to manually convert data outside Copper, saving time and reducing errors.
