Updating of "New reports"

When will the "Reports" start updating more than once a day? this should update as changes are made in Copper so you can see up to the second reports... I was told numerous times since we purchased copper 18 months ago, that this was something Copper was working on. Any idea when this will happen?I posted the same topic more than 5 months ago and the reports still only update once a day, if we are lucky. Last night at 10pm Copper said “Reports are updated as of yesterday”. This means the report that i’m looking at has old data.The last time I posted this I was told on January 18, 2022  “I’m following up internally on this. I’ll let you know as soon as I have more information.” but never heard back and have not seen any change.

Hi, When reports first came out it, new dashboards I created were public within our org. Now they default to private and I can’t figure out how to change. Can someone help me? Thanks,Hayley

How do I export a list of tasks?

I am cleaning out old tasks from before my time.  There are several users involved.  How do I export open tasks with filters on it?  Also, I added Company as a column, and it isn’t showing up on the report once I receive the export.

Flighting Revenue To Reflect Accurate Pipeline Distribution

Team - I am trying to get a handle on how flight revenue correctly in the pipeline feature.  For example, if i close a deal that is to run revenue over a period of six months, I want revenue to reflect in each of these 6 months and not all in the month the deal closed.  Is there a way to flight how the revenue gets recognized in the pipeline?  Surely I am not the only one to have asked this question…..support BOT was not helpful. Thanks in advance.Holly

Weekly reporting

I am currently trying to gain some insight into our processes. I’m curious if I can run a report showing how many leads were entered → to how many were converted to an opportunity. Is this possible to show on a week by week basis?

report sharing: users are not in list

The support chat from copper has vanished, so i’ll ask this here. I don’t really understand the ‘legacy vs new’ reports, but… in ‘new reports’, none of the users can see them. Only the admin. Even the menu item is missing on the left edge.I click on the ‘share’ icon on a report, but only the admin user (plus some etl account @ gooddata) is present.so… how can my team use this feature?  are reports only for the admin?Also, the performance is just awful on these new reports. Is there any improvement on the horizon? its quite hard to use a web interface that takes so long to load when you click.

How to build Insight for All new leads not only converted

We are trying to build an insight for all New Leads. We have it built by Lead Owner, Lead Source, Lead Status, Lead Converted and Lead Count. It will show us the converted numbers, but we want to know how many leads were generated be each owner during the time period, not only converted (qualified) leads. What am I missing to make it work?

Report - attribute field error

Hi,Has anyone noticed that when they add an attribute filter to a report the data options under the attribute selected do not match the attribute selected?They relate to a different attribute and not the one l selected

Reports show "No data for your filter selection"

Hi Copper Community, I’ve recently started using Copper and building reports based on report templates. However, activity related reports (e.g. Activity by User, Activity Touchpoints by Company /Person & Opportunity) do not seem to work. They always show “No data for your filter selection” although I’ve plenty of activities on companies and persons. I’ve tried adjusting data range to “all time” but it does not help.  Can anyone help? Thanks!

Reporting Opp Source ?

Hello! I had initially used a multi-selection drop-down to record custom field of source… only to find out after the fact that it does not feed into Source for sales reporting - oops! Before going into edit 1 by 1 each Opp Card, can someone please confirm that this field, with my custom sources, will in fact feed into the Source Report? Due to the 24hour delay in syncing, I can’t see the field attributes in my report now, and I dont want to spend the day editing only to find out later it doesn't feed into the Source Report.Thank you so much!!Summary: Does the custom data in the highlighted field below, when used in Opp Pipeline, feed into Source Reports? It’s not “drop down” but the icon/legend  is a Large dot with a smaller dot inside it.

report editing: how?

In the help it says ‘click the edit button’.Where is this edit button? Each dashboard appears write once to me.All I can see is the ‘share’ button, which only allows selecting the admin.

Drill down into pipeline projection

I am looking for a way to show details about opportunities for open opps with close dates this quarter, and, importantly, have *the same view* of these details for everyone.What I know so far: if you look at the pipeline itself, create a filter for status = open and close date = current quarter, you get the right content. However, when you select and rearrange columns so that only the info you want is shown, and in the order you want it, that view applies only to you. The next person who selects that filter (if you’ve saved it as a public filter) sees the content but not the arrangement and editing of columns. I need everyone to see the same columns in the same order.Over in legacy reports, pipeline reports don’t allow a drill down with opportunity fields showing, it appears.In the new reports, I don’t see a way to filter by close date.Am I missing something? TIA

Including Lead Description field on a Report

Is it possible to include the Description field for Leads in a Report?  I don’t see the option for including the field anywhere in the Insights Builder.  We use this field to provide a summary/notes for who the lead is, why we are targeting them, etc, that isn’t captured well by other fields - and it would be extremely helpful to include on table-style reports on leads/lead activity.

Fetch an Activity by ID API endpoint - Email Details

I have successfully obtained email activity via the Fetch an Activity by ID API endpoint. However, the Details element in the API response only contains the email activity subject content and other email header info e.g {"emails_details"=>{"sender"=>{"name"=>"xxxxxxxxxx", "email"=>"xxxxxxx@example.com"}, "recipients"=>[{"email"=>"xxxxxxxxx@example.com"}], "subject"=>"Email Question", "id"=>313147071}, "emails_date"=>1521594115}Where do I access the body content of the email activity?

Can I use reports to create a spreadsheet of data to export for a mail merge?

The new reporting feature seems awesome, but way too advanced for me. I can’t figure it out...but what I’m trying to do, is use the date from Copper to merge into our proposal letter...is this something I can do? Where can I find really good information on how to use reporting...everything I’ve seen doesn’t address what I want to do and I’m having trouble interpreting what the videos show to my own needs….any help would be soooo appreciated.

Lead Tracking

Is there a way to track incoming leads by the hour per day? I would like to see what time periods throughout the day we get the most traffic. As of now, the smallest increment of time on the reporting function is by the day. Could that be broken down even further?

Pulling Basic Info on one single customer at a time

Looking for some advice or direction on the following scenario, Situation: Currently we have someone that is copying and pasting information from Copper into a shared calendar event on google, 90% of the info is basic information like client name, company, phone number address, notes and related documents. This information is then printed and provided to our service team. Problem: There is a small margin of error in the copying and pasting as well the issue of the time this takes from an admin perspective.Desired Solution: Looking for a “report” or other solution that grabs the desired information required from the specific customer and comes out in some printable form (sheets file, doc, email, calendar event, pdf etc.) that can be given to our service team.Other important details: We are on the Gsuite product line. Most of our customers are one time customers with a single opportunity, occasionally there are multiple opportunities under one customer.
