I have recently started at a nonprofit for women who have genetic mutations for breast and/or ovarian cancer or have received a diagnosis. We send out care packages to these women. We currently have a field in the person’s information where we manually type in the date that it has been sent. It is not set up to recognize it as a a date so we cannot count how many care packages we have sent over a certain amount of time. Any advice on how to set up a person’s contact information where we can set it up so we can count how many care packages we have sent over a period of time?
