User Activity tracking

Afternoon

The user activity reports (legacy or new) only seem to capture data if the App is opened on your phone. If our users don't open the mobile app for a period of time it gives us a false report. Is that a bug?

Hi @TL1074, thanks for posting. That is strange - the activity report should not have any dependency on the mobile app. Are you seeing this even for activities that should be logged automatically, such as Sent Email?

Either way, I recommend you work with our technical support team to look into the issue. I’m going to submit a ticket on your behalf. You will get an email from our system, followed by an email from one of our product experts.

  Thanks for creating the ticket. I worked through it with your tech and thought we had the issue resolved. However it seems like it’s persisting. Are you able to issue another ticket?
