How can I accurately report on volume of leads, lead sources, considering leads converted to people?
What is the best practice report for a view for our Marketing lead into the volume of leads over a period, and the source of leads? It appears to me the insights builder offers a view into leads left disqualified/unqualified/working/new. These leads are lost from our lead reports once they become qualified People with Opportunities. Help!
Filtering by a numeric field (fact)
Hello Copper Community,I am looking to build an Insight with a filter on opportunity value (greater than 10K let’s say), as well as a filter on a custom field that contains a count (greater than 10 let’s say)It doesn’t appear possible as an attribute filter or an insight filter to do this? Reports - Adding "Company" Metric Custom Field alongside an Opportunity
Hello, I am looking to create a Table report with this general setup: But I find that I am unable to display a numeric custom field as a row to the right of an opportunity.I was hoping that metric custom fields related to companies could be used when an opportunity is also a row, Copper would look up the CF value from the company set for the opportunity? Activity detail report
Hi all,I noticed this was previously brought up, but is there a way to pull the detail of activity by individual? I have a dashboard that shows the activity types each individual has performed by date but i would like to be able to take it further and have a section that shows the notes taken, etc. Does this exist through copper or the Copper API? Report - Average Sales Cycle length
Hi,I would like to monitor for each opportunity the number of days between date opportunity is created and date opportunity is won, then to track the average number of days of our sales cycle for a given quarter, and see the evolution over time of this metric.I have tried to automate the update of an opportunity field once the opportunity is won, but I’m a bit stuck.Can anyone help me on that?Thanks a lot!
Is there a way to apply simultaneous attribute filters as ORs instead of ANDs?
I am trying to filter one of our custom reports by Source (across both lead and opportunity records), but I’m having a hard time capturing the data I’m looking for. The source field is not always updated on the lead record, sometimes it’s not changed until the record becomes an opportunity, so I can’t only use the Lead Source filter. If the source was updated on the lead record, it’s not updated again on the opportunity record, so I can’t use just the Opp Source filter. If I use the Lead Source and Opp Source filters together, it looks for a record that was updated as a lead AND updated as an opportunity record, which returns few or no results. Is it possible to apply attribute filters using OR logic?: Lead Source = Referral OR Opp Source = Referral
Unable to create report
I’ve been asked to create a report showcasing the number of leads and number of opportunities created over a certain period of time, grouped by owner. However, when I went to the Reports tab in Copper, there was nothing but a ‘That didn't go according to plan. Failed to initialize user.’ message. The option to create a Dashboard was also missing.
altering timeframe in a report
It seems the timeframe (date range) you set in a report filter supercedes the timeframes set on the individual custom insights you add to that report. For example, I want the report to filter the next 4 quarters.Then have one graph I add to that report to show a monthly view of the first 6 months of that period.Then have another graph i add to show a quarterly view for the second 6 months. this doesn’t seem possible. Any ideas?
Creating a Conversion Report: Team Members
Hello @Natalie from Copper and @Michelle from Copper I have a followup question. So I may need to change the information on the conversion report from “owner” to “team member” or even owners and team members. How do I change this to see the success of each team member? I have it set up as 1 user but 2 team members and may add more team members before I add more owners. I would like to see how the team member is doing on lead conversion (won/loss/abandon) but cant seem to see how to separate out the team member to view. The advice you gave to create a conversion report was excellent and easy to follow hoping this is just an “add” to that report or a 2nd report is fine too. Also, not sure if this is important, I have manager status and I have given my assistant just member status. Thank you, Kelly
Is it possible in Copper to build scenarios into reports? In senior management (and for our BoD) we want to look at possible sales outcomes based on a couple ok key variables? Secondly, we would like to see how accurate our forecasts are over time and adjust our assumptions (e.g. probability of close in any given stage) based on sales performance. Are either of these (or both) possible today within Copper?
Creating a Conversion Report
Hello All, I have my system set up as “leads” (those I am trying to reach) and “people” (those I have reached and converted). I would like to create a report and I have 2 seats (users). For this report, I would like to have it show the conversion to people broken down to those that have been lost, won or abandoned for each seat. Since I have the professional version the person who was helping me said I should create an insight since the dashboard could only do this in the professional version. However, I really am not visualizing the best way to do this. TIA for the guidance!
Activities Report - Script Runs Too Long and Can't get the rest of my activities
I am trying to get all of the activities on People and Companies using custom reports. The instructions say that “Due to the script execution time limit of 6 mins from Google, this process may need multiple runs.” It tells you to check the last row on the second sheet. If it matches the last row on the third sheet you know it is complete. My last rows are not matching. But when I try to run the script again, I receive this error: “A sheet with the name "User Activities on Companies" already exists. Please enter another name.” How can I get it to run all of my activities?
Reports: reorder bar in my bar charts
Hi there, I have created a view to reflect the value of opportunity at each stage of my pipeline (with some additional filters). Unfortunately I have not been able to change the order of the bars. They should show in the order of my pipeline. This is an attribute used in the “view by” of the custom made report. The only sorting option I see is on the metrics (opportunity value in my case).This seems like a very basic reporting, I was hoping someone could help with this.Thanks,Chloe
