I am running into errors matching fields while importing Opportunity data. Copper is finding errors that I already fixed, or that weren’t there at all. In one instance, Copper combined two of my fields and the correct field data was not available as a match option.
I tried importing from Excel and Gsheets, no luck. Tried logging out. and clearing cookies, but Copper is still experiencing the same errors.
Other than the specific field errors the import looks fine. I understand the process fairly well, and cannot figure out what to do different to get Copper to see correct source data. Anyone else run into this and find a workaround?
