Change of Company URL/Email Address

We recently changed our company email addresses with the old address forwarding to the new one. We are having issues with the copper integration into gmail due to this change.   How can we edit our company email addresses?  When I go to the individual profiles, including my own, the email address is blocked from editing.Thank you for the assistance!

Zapier app extension with Copper

Has anyone had any luck with using Zapier's App Extension for Copper? (Extending zap actions you can do further api calls with Copper?) I can get a local script to work with a newly created API key, and inserting the email and pw into the headers. However, I can't get any Zapier app extension I make to work. I keep getting back the same authentication error:"Error during execution: Raw request failed. Problem with your configured auth: Your authenticate token is invalid." I think it's to do with the API / connection that Zapier is using - which seems to be different to a regular API key. Maybe Copper Devs can explain difference between Zapier API Token, and regular API token?(Note, I can't create and use a new zapier Copper connection with a regular API key - it needs to zapier  api key) If I run the script locally and use the zapier api key = doesn't work. (did as a test)  I've tried variations of inserting authentication headers and details in to zapier app extension, but no luck. @a

Copper Thinks My Alias Is Another Person

I’m using my email alias as my primary email. I’ve set Gmail to send as my alias. However, my Copper account is set up under my primary email address. So when emails are synced, it sees my alias and thinks it’s a different person and not me and wants me to add my alias as a person/contact. How can I add my alias to my account so my alias also shows as “Copper User”?

Google Contact 1-Way Sync not working any longer after cleaning

My Google Contacts was very messy. So, I decided to delete all contacts and start from scratch.First, I stopped the “Google Contact 1-way Sync” setting.Then, I deleted all contacts and tags from Google Contacts.Finally, I checked again the “Google Contact 1-way Sync” setting.Unfortunately, contacts are not synching any longer and have not found the way to “reset” the synching functionality to make it work 😰P.D. I have restored my Google Contacts to the initial situation prior to the cleaning exercise, but the synching is still not working.

TELUS Business Connect Integreation

Would it be possible to add Telus Business Connect as an app used for calling? It is a rebranded Ring Central app in Canada. As the super admin I can add it on the web app as an integration but our phone app will not connect without the link to the Telus Business Connect App. I think it would be a quick fix!Thanks, Deanna

Timestamp Funciton for When a Lead Is Updated

Hi product team! Is there a way you can add a field that shows the latest time a lead has been edited at all? We’ve been really successful at integrating our copper crm with google ads, and we need this function to be able to work with Zapier and Google ads to help the machine learning of what customers are good leads. We have a custom checkbox that people can check when it is a big lead. In order to send this to google ads, we need to have a timestamp of when this field gets updated. Is there a way to do this now, or can you please add this function?

Pandadoc Integration trouble with new List View

Since the new list view was released, the PandaDoc integration bar does not show up in the new views OR when we enter an opportunity from a list view. We have to go to a person or company and then to the opportunity which just adds a bunch of steps. Is this bug being worked on now? Thanks.

Mailchimp Integration - tags and use cases

Hi Community! I received these two questions about our new Mailchimp integration. I want to make sure the answers are accessible to everybody so I’m posting them here. #1:How can I add a tag as a rule in Copper/MailChimp integration. Ex. I want anyone with the category or tag franchiselead to get tagged in MailChimp with that that same name. So I would like them to be synced to the MASTER MAILCHIMP LIST (if not in there already) and add a tag to their account. Let me know if that's possible. #2:Can you also let me know most common way people use this integration Answers coming up in my next comment :)

Google Sheets Extension from Reports

I’ve played with the Sheets extension and see it’s abilities are pretty limited as far as search criteria needing to fall under People, Companies, Leads, Opportunities, Projects or Tasks.  While this does allow us to generate some useful data, it doesn’t allow us to run some of the key reports we like to see in the morning that are more Activity driven.   If Copper can export to Google sheets, it seems the scope is only being narrowed by the extension’s criteria.  Are we working toward the ability to export all Reports from Copper to Sheets?  We’ve created the reports we like to see every morning, but we have to transfer that data manually into a spreadsheet. For what it’s worth, as a sales manager, I think it’s really helpful to show salespeople how activity counts translate to sales.  This is why we focus a lot on activity reporting.

Copper web Hooks returning the wrong date

The Copper API is returning a 10/17/2023 close date. It's either a Copper bug or Copper configuration (time zone) issue . You have an Opportunity  (Id 30303531) that has a close date of 10/18/2023 in Copper however,  the API returns a close date of 10/17/2023 for the opportunity. Details below: We checked the Copper API webhook log (for our app) and saw that the Copper API returned a close_date = "10/17/2023" for the opportunity.  We re-checked the Copper API directly  using Postman to compare with our logs and still see "10/17/2023" in the API response.  There is no information about close_date's timezone in Copper API documentation. That may be a possible explanation.

Logging Activities with Correct User Attribution in Copper API Integration

Hello Copper Community,I've recently started integrating some tools with make.com, and one of the integrations involves logging activities from phone calls. The integration is working well, but I've encountered a challenge that I hope someone here can help me with.Currently, I'm using my personal account to connect to the Copper API, and as a result, any activity logged is attributed to my user. While this works, it doesn't accurately reflect the person who is actually performing the activity.Has anyone faced a similar challenge or have any insights on how to achieve this? Google Sheets Copper Extension Automation

 We leverage the Google Sheets Copper Extension for a lot of our different reports.  Is there anyway to get that extension to run automatically without human interaction.  We would ideally like it to fire every night.  Right now we have to trigger it manually.  Any support is much appreciated!

Mailchimp Dropdown option does not show on ellipses

Installed updated version of Mailchimp from Legacy.I can sync a single user.When I try to sync from a Leads list with multiple users, it does not have the Mailchimp export option in the ellipses dropdown.How can I get his on?

Referencing Pipeline ID in Zapier.

Hello dear community ! I discovered both Copper and Zapier not so long ago, and been really impressed by the ways it could work together ! So I tried different links between apps, and I think I might be facing a problem with Copper.In Zapier, I am creating a Zap that links a google sheet (drive) to Copper. To update an opportunity in Copper, I need to refer to the Pipeline ID. When I specifically look for the pipeline ID and give it as the value, I’ve got an error 422. The Zapier support told me that it’s a recurring problem, and that it is a issue due to Copper and Zapier communication.Do you know when this will be solved ?Kind regards,

Integrations for Users without admin access

I love the new features and look of Copper, The permissions for users is just what I was waiting for. However, I hope that feature will be fixed soon. Where we can allow users to integrate without granting them full access. (admin) My users will have to copy and past the numbers to dial out for now and manually log in her phone calls. :(

Calendar Snags and Loading Issues with Copper CRM

Copper is not working…. using chrome browser and google workspace in june 2023 calendar has started to hang and not load for users.  Google tech team conclude it is the Copper for Gmail extension?Is it us that repeatedly shows copper status as offline and the icon grey?We are totally invested in google workspace but are being undermined with copper issues
