I have an email drip campaign I’ve launched. It appears that the same people click on the email every time it goes out, exactly the same number of clicks. Just seems unlikely the same ones would click every time and the same number of times. Anything I should check or be concerned about?
We currently have a lead generating PDF available as a free resource on our website. With our existing CRM, we can link the asset to a form so when the person fills out the form, they’re ingested into the CRM as a lead, added to an email sequence with multiple, automated marketing emails and they can download the resource. What is the best way to achieve this with Copper? We are subscribed to the Business Plan which includes email sequences and drip campaigns but I find the functionality extremely limited. I can’t even figure out how to create a segment based on tags or contact type. It just wants to give me lead scoring from website visits. Any advice and/or suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
I used to send several emails to B2B prospects. People that never heard about me before.I normally write my emails one by one, tailoring it to the recipient.I send them within my Gmail because I used to have different email aliases that don’t work within Copper, so I am forced to send the email from my Gmail instead. As long as I don’t use the “schedule” function, Copper keeps track of each email sent, so no problem. I want to send a follow up email to those people who received but didn’t open my email. To those who did receive my email but didn’t reply me.What I am doing now is going to the “My Tracked Emails” section and scroll down each email sent one by one (I never send bulk email, as said I tailor them and send one by one), but this is not convenient. First of all because they are all mixed with other common emails I send to suppliers, customers, etc...basically emails that I do not consider as part of my “Outbound marketing”, but merely operational emails (I don’t use separate ema
I’m going to a trade show and have received a list of emails to send a one-time message to as an introduction and an invitation to our booth.I’m imagining that the best way to do this would be to import the list as leads, the list is approximately 1500 contacts. From there I could send out a single message sequence from the marketing tools section? These contacts are obviously not customers and I don’t want them in my people/companies list yet but not sure how to communicate through Copper or if I should use a different third party application like MailChimp?

Householding is the process of organizing shared relationships under a common hierarchical structure like the following:Three individual records identifying clients living at the same address who we know as family members.Doe, Chris | 123 Anystreet | Anytown, USA Doe, Jane | 123 Anystreet | Anytown, USA Doe, John | 123 Anystreet | Anytown, USAHouseholding links the three records (and any future related records) so that if I want to direct mail the family I send to only one physical address and not 3 separate addresses.Smith 123 Anystreet Anytown, USA John Jane Chris The “big idea” here is to understand and report on the overall relationship value of a related client set. If I have twenty clients at a company, then I want to know the relational value of that company by virtue of the individual client records, etc. This works for family units, businesses, hobbies (golf, cycling, etc) and other identifiers that could help me better understand how my clients’ relationships ho
Hello I have the professional plan. I understand that the Business plan has a marketing email option. Can contacts be filtered (selected) with the connect field? Also does the marketing emails have a design section that would be similar to hubspot or mail chimp? I would love to use one system.

I have been a customer for a long time and have been passive in the use of Copper. I am about to become more proactive again. One of the frustrations I had before was the lack of functionality and limits on sending out emails. I have 700 contacts that I want to keep in regular contact with and had to import them into mailchimp and process them there. Please could you guide me to the content where I can learn how to become more effective at storytelling with my 700 contacts on a regular basis. Andrew
I’ve got some sequences with multiple emails in them as a way to follow up to folks who don’t respond. If someone responds to one of the first emails in my sequences, how can I stop it from sending the next email in the sequence?
