Is there any possibility to send sms directly from Copper, to over 4k customers?

Hi @MIA, thanks for posting! We do integrate with a number of VOIP providers, some of which can also automatically log SMS texting via an integration. However, those options (including JustCall) are designed to send one-by-one SMS messages, not bulk SMS like you are looking for.

JustCall does offer bulk SMS campaigns to up to 5000 contacts. This is completely separate from our integration with them. You would need to export the contact list from Copper, and then upload it to JustCall. It might still be a good option - it is pretty easy to filter and export a contact list from Copper.

 

@DavidM I agree about the JustCall integration! It is probably my favorite out of the VOIP providers we integrate with. But of course it depends highly on each organization.
