In my reports I have a few Opportunity Detail lists. These allow you to scroll down the list when you on screen. However, when I prepare a pdf report, only the list items tha can be viewed on screen are printed. I have made the Detail lists bigger to accommodate a longer list but. there seems to be a maximum size (that is currently not long enough for the lists I want to share. Is there a way to ensure that all items are shown when printing to pdf.
In the copper web ui. I have a field on companies which is ‘industries’i would like to select people in industry X who have been inactive for a range of time.I can filter companies by industry, but this doesn’t get me people.I cannot filter people by properties of their company. Why? other tools allow this, e.g. mautic i can filter on user.property or user.company.property.How can i achieve the objective of having a list of people who work for companies in a certain industry w/ a certain inactive range?

Can I use a workflow automation to create a task that is due 6 months after another custom date field?
I don’t have this custom field yet, because I want to know if this automation would work before I create a new field. But, can I have a workflow automation create a task based on a custom date field? So if the date in the custom date field is 12/31/2024, can an automation make a task due 6 months before that custom date?
Hello dear community ! I discovered both Copper and Zapier not so long ago, and been really impressed by the ways it could work together ! So I tried different links between apps, and I think I might be facing a problem with Copper.In Zapier, I am creating a Zap that links a google sheet (drive) to Copper. To update an opportunity in Copper, I need to refer to the Pipeline ID. When I specifically look for the pipeline ID and give it as the value, I’ve got an error 422. The Zapier support told me that it’s a recurring problem, and that it is a issue due to Copper and Zapier communication.Do you know when this will be solved ?Kind regards,
I would like to send a bulk email to selected contacts but the Compose Bulk Emails icon is not displayed. I read the help article about sending bulk emails & watched the video.I have checked my email preference setting and it is set to SEND AND REPLY FROM COPPER. Is there some other setting I’m missing?
I love the new features and look of Copper, The permissions for users is just what I was waiting for. However, I hope that feature will be fixed soon. Where we can allow users to integrate without granting them full access. (admin) My users will have to copy and past the numbers to dial out for now and manually log in her phone calls. :(
For the past year, copper has been terribly slow when I want to scroll a list. Even lists of only 500 records takes 2-3 minutes to scroll to the end of the list because it is “loading”. I’ve emailed support a couple of times. The first time nothing improved. With this new beta launch its maybe 10% better. Here is a 1 minute loom video [link redacted for privacy reasons] documenting the problem. I tried my wife’s computer and it is maybe 10-15% better. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

Endless "confirm your email" "reconfirm your email" when attempting to sign up w/ company email (Not G-Suite)
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Had to use a throwaway gmail account in order to sign up for an account as Copper will not confirm my email no matter what I do. I would like to use Copper as our company CRM. I’ve asked my sales executive to help with this and have been met with silence. Attached is a screenshot showing the numerous tabs attempting to confirm my email. We use Outlook for email and Microsoft backend. Please let me know if this can be solved. I need to know sooner than later as I am setting up POCs in a few CRMs. I prefer copper and have used it before… but if we can’t get it to work I’ll go another route.
Since the new list view was released, the PandaDoc integration bar does not show up in the new views OR when we enter an opportunity from a list view. We have to go to a person or company and then to the opportunity which just adds a bunch of steps. Is this bug being worked on now? Thanks.
We work in a field adjacent to construction where our potential projects have multiple contacts from several different companies. What is the best practice for trying to align potential contacts to an opportunity when they may be from multiple other companies? Our goal is to try to maintain all communication in one space but not sure how we could go about doing that with the system configuration. Example: New Announcement: Big Build Building being built for Company XYZ by Construction Company 123 and designed by ABC ArchitectsLeaders in Company XYZ are now prospective contacts, the construction companyProject Management at Construction Company 123 are prospective contactsDesign Team ABC Architects are prospective contacts. We want to create a new opportunity in the pipeline and be able to sync all potential contacts and communication to the opportunity rather than the individual company they work for.

Hello,I’m trying to fulfill automaticly a field when a task is created, and the function null I use for checking if the field is empty or not doesn’t work. Actually, my workflow automation looks like that: When a task is created,If the fiel “email opportunity” is emptyThen (Action) Update task and fullfil this field with the related email adress. But the problem is that the workflow doesn’t work. See picture below:NULL function not functioningResult (nothing appears in the field email opportunity)
Was looking but didn’t seem to find the best practice for putting a phone number extension in the phone field.In the past, it seems that, for example, calling one customer with a phone tree number would create an “activity” for ALL customers with that same phone number.To avoid that, I was wondering if putting in the unique extension would change the activity? Is there a best practice regarding adding extensions? For example, input in the Phone field as follows:xxx-xxx-xxx ext. xxxx-or-xxx-xxx-xxxx;xxxx What is the best way?

Hi, new to Copper. I am an admin so I should have necessary credentials to use the reporting function. The account owner can use it on our account.But when I click on reports I get this message: That didn't go according to plan.Looks like we're having trouble loading Copper Reports. Try clicking "Refresh" below, or contact support. If you're a new user, it might take up to 24 hours for data to start loading. Check back soon! Any suggestions?
We’re working on a major data backup and wondering is there any way to download the email histroy that is logged in Copper? I’ve backed up all our record data (people, opportunities, etc.) but wondering what else is it possible for me to pull and backup? I’ve tried using the activities add on google sheet, but keep getting an error message…
