problem adding recipients to scheduled email report sharing

I have a couple of dashboards that I would like to share as scheduled weekly reports. When I select ‘To’ I am offered a list of only a few of our Copper users.  When I try to add email addresses of others (whether they are Copper users or not), the following message appears. The email address deletes itself before I can do anything else.   What am I doing wrong?

Triggering on No (null) Inactive Days

I created a workflow automation that should trigger on any person who does not have inactive days. These are people who were mass imported, and the sales team should get a task to reach out to them. Here are my conditions:  It’s set up to create tasks, but it never does. I’m confident that the inactive days condition is what isn’t being met. If I pull that condition out it will create the tasks. Based on my reading of the documentation, using Use a Formula and NULL (all caps) is the right way to do it. Thanks in advance.

Emails Tracked By Copper Copper Could Be Marked As Spam

When testing my email spam score, one of the detractors is: <img src="https://app.copper.com/tp/t/MTE5MTQ1OXx8fHx8MTg2MjQ3fHx8fHwxNjg5MTc5OTg5MzY3/space.gif?creator=dMyEmailAddress" style="display:none;" id="pw_tpl">If you don't want to add an alt attribute, add an empty one: alt="" Something Copper is adding to my email ( I assume for tracking ) is getting caught by spam filters. How can I resolve this so Copper tracking doesn’t get me potentially filtered out as spam?

Follow/Unfollow star

How do I do a group unfollow, its seems that all records indicate by default that they are followed and I need to only indicate followed if they have been contacted. To unfollow each one separately will take me forever.

Inactive days reset when a field in update

Hello,I wonder how we can reset the inactive days with a workflow automation?The inactive days don’t take into account the phone call we can have with the client, so sometimes it doesn’t reflect the good info. I would like to create a worklfow automation when the field “last contacted” is filled then the innactive days is reset to 0, is it possible?Are there other possibilities to reset the inactive days ?  Thanks , Emma

API not returning correct number of People in a page

I have many old emails I expect are outdated for prospects in Cooper.  I know there are services that can auto update and refresh my data.  Anyone worked with those?  Been able to connect to Cooper?  How’d it work?

Logging activites to a client record

Is there a way to track the actual date that a user logged a client activity? If a user logs a phone call three days after the phone call was made - you can back date when logging this activity’s information. Is there a way to see what date the user put that information in vs. the date they want you to see?

Deleting a Automated Task

Hello Community,I am updating our automated tasks and want to delete some task that are no longer needed and the delete function will not delete the task. I click Delete at the automated task list, it opens that task and I click delete again and it returns to the list of tasks and the deleted task remains. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Bridget

How do I have Opportunities "inherit" tags from the related people?

We recently held an event that had over 100 attendees. I have added as specific tag to all of these attendees into copper on their People record. Some of those people records are related to Opportunities in my Pipeline and I want to add the tag for this event to the opportunities. Is there an easy way to have the Opportunity record “inherit” the tags from the people record(s) that are related to it? I didnt see a straight-forward way to do this via a workflow but perhaps I am missing something? I know I can manually go to each opportunity and add in the Tag but I am hoping there is a fast, easier, more automated way to accomplish this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How to add opportunities to people in gmail

I can’t seem to add opportunities to people who weren’t leads but that’s what I want to be able to do - is it possible?I'm getting very confused and frustrated  because I can't work out how to properly use leads / person / opportunities within Gmail. I don't want to use the app for day to day stuff. I'm in Gmail all day and need to be able to add new people and then add them as opportunities from within Gmail. I have tried adding new enquiries as leads and then converting them to people / Opps but it seems convoluted and duplicates effort as it  doesn’t carry forward tags and descriptions.

Automatic Back Up

As we have grown in our use of Copper and the data it holds that we rely on daily - it is becoming more concerning we don’t have an automatic daily back up. In opening a ticket, it seems there isn’t a way to back up, short of me daily creating an export of the different data sets.  Is anyone doing an automatic back up, or do you have a solution other than manually exporting the different data sets?  I am starting with the question, before I log an idea. Thanks

Tasks synced to Google Calendar going away

This is terrible news! Task reminders that are synced to Google are a big reason why I keep coming back to Copper year after year. I am told that we will be able to still see tasks within Copper… Well of course, but to keep a clean workflow, it has been so nice to see the tasks show up on the Google Calendar automatically. What is Copper doing to fix this so that Tasks continue to be synced to Google Calender?

Why MailChimp not sync the new persons ?  It is working when update any existing person fields BUT no sync for new people

How can i search meeting notes?

We are looking to do a couple of things: “Give me a list of my meeting notes for this time frame” (e.g. into a google doc). But there seems to be no way to do such a search, am I mis-reading? “Search for this text in meeting notes” (e.g. “Feedback meeting”). The search does not seem to find things in the body of meeting notes (activities). Is there a way to achieve this?

Referral Partner Tracking

I have many referral partners.  Some of them refer other referral partners.  All these referral partners refer potential customers to me.  I need to track which referral partners were referred to me from other referral partners, and also which customers were referred by which referral partner.  I can’t use affiliate links because these types of referrals are made through personal email introductions.  What’s the best way to go about tracking all this?

Mapping for import with CSV

I don’t understand how when I get the template for importing contacts, they do not at all map to what I see in Copper or in the Gmail extension. For example, it says “Phone” but not “Work Phone” or “Mobile Phone”It doesn’t seem to make sense that there would not be consistency. And none of the options in “Category” relate to my question
