In Legacy Reports when viewing activities; Is there a way to get more detail or take the user to all the activities that have been completed to view them? Can I click on the meetings for a rep or other activities and be brought to a page that lists them in a view with the most recent being listed from top to bottom? In Insights Builder tables, is there a way to hide columns that are used to create calculated measures?For example: I am interested in calculating and displaying the percentage of leads that receive a demo each month, but I don’t want to display the raw numbers used to calculate that percentage.

I think that the “Calendar Event” activity type is intended to relate to any event that occurred in the past that has at least one Person or Lead listed as an attendee at that event.But, when I view the Activity by User Legacy Report, the counts are much higher than I would expect. For example, when I filter on the current week, I see a count of 6 activities of type “Calendar Event” but my synced Google Calendar only has two events that included an attendee that is a Lead or Person in Copper.I haven’t found a way to “show me the 6 calendar event activities” that are referenced in that legacy report, which makes this challenge to determine what might be causing the unexpectedly high count. Has anyone else run into this inflated activity count for Calendar Event types?
I have a Insight where I want to filter out a specific tag for People Data. When I created this insight, the removal of the tag worked correctly. Fast forward a week, and the tag removal no longer works. I get the same number of clients whether the tag is turned off or on. The underlying data is correct. The only change I have made to the people data since the creation of this insight was to downloaded/re-imported all of my people data for some data cleaning. I did not touch the Tag field and if you look at the People page, the tag still exists. Has anyone else ran into this issue or have potential solutions?
Hello, I have read on Copper that the data sync for Copper reports happened every 24hours. However I have not been able to find exactly what time this sync occurs? We would like to know when that happens in order for our scheduled emails to always send over reports with data that is up to date. Is there a way to set up a specific time for when we wish that sync to occur? I appreciate anyone’s help and information on this!Thanks
I just wanted to ask if anyone knows whether there is a way to report on what the state of the pipeline is as the report is sent? I am keen to report on the current Opp count in each stage, the current values etc, but almost in real time as the report is sent. Thanks :)

One of the heart beats of my business is how many proposals sent a month. If we do 4 & 75% conversion, we’re good. I’m trying to find a way to track this metric. I’ve tried a few approaches on this and did have a very manual solution but I want to make it easier to manage.Currently, my best idea was to create a custom field on opportunity (Proposal sent - DATE) that automatically populates when I move it between stages (proposal → follow up) in my opportunity pipeline. The idea was to count records with proposal sent in certain dates (this month, this Q, this year) but it looks like DATE fields don’t appear either as attributes or as part of the date filter drop down. Has anyone tackled an issue like this?

I am trying to export the current opportunities, but the reports seem to include old deleted opportunities and do not include the most recently added. Even where I have changed the value - the report still stubbornly includes the old value. Any suggestions on this would be most appreciated. Thank you.
Copper is no longer auto refreshing. For instance it does not refresh opportunities when I sort them in a new order which it has always done up to now. Also the tasks list is not refreshed with up to date data when you revisit it. You have to press F5 to refresh. It used to do this itself. What has gone wrong?

Is there a way to track the number of days between opening an opportunity, and when that opportunity reaches a specific stage in a pipeline? I’ve figured out how to calculate the days between Open and Closed, but I’m really hoping to be able to track how long it takes an Opportunity to move from Open to reach Negotiations Started, or Negotiations Start to Won.
I’m trying to use the Custom Report Builder to create a pivot table analyzing data contained in custom fields that I created days ago. Which columns appear in Custom Fields exports made using the Google Sheets Add-On? How often do these columns update? What dictates the order in which columns appear in the export?
