Exporting people leads to bug

Hi everyone. I am having trouble exporting a list of +5k people from my Copper account. 
I already tried to break it into smaller data sets. It always shows me the error:

 

“An error occurred that requires a reload”.

 I am attaching a screenshot. 

 

It seems to be a bug. Any ideas how to bypass this bug? or how to solve this?

Hi @mario berlin, thanks for posting. Generally speaking,  exporting ~5k people shouldn’t cause an issue. We’ll need the technical team to take a look at this. I’m going to submit a support ticket for you - you’ll get an email about it shortly.

As an immediate alternative, you can try exporting using our Google Sheets add-on.

@mario berlin fantastic, glad to hear! Actually, I prefer to use the Google Sheets add-on in general since it allows you to 1) refresh the data and 2) share the Google Sheet directly with colleagues. 👍

I see Oliver is looking into the issue with the importing tool. You’re in great hands with him!
