It was working just fine and now it’s not with new leads I just added to Copper today. The leads imported to MailChimp almost immediately but without the tags. I’ve changed nothing and confirmed that the slider/toggle for “sync tags” is still active in the Field Mapping for leads. Any ideas?

@JonMic, thanks for posting! We had the team look into this, and it turned out there was a bug which didn't allow tags to be synced when doing a bulk import of records. This has now been fixed, but you may have to do a bulk edit on those contacts to “push” the tags over. I recommend doing this by bulk-applying a temporary tag, and then deleting that tag afterwards.
