Whose the Account Manager? I'm the only one on my account. Before I was paying month by month to see if this software is what we are looking for. Now I like it and I want to pay for a whole year of Copper at once, but it says my account in managed and I need the Account Manager to make changes to the account (like billing frequency). How do I become the manager of my own account?
