Chrome extension is working (on the right) but today it no longer shows icon to set "related to" - the window on the right is working, only the icon on the email header is no longer present. I reinstalled extension but problem remains.

I’m also having this same issue and reported this to technical support on the 18th. Copper has been slow to help.
