One of our favorite things to track is activities. Phone calls and SMS messages are important touchpoints with our clients so they’re our top 2 activities that lead to sales. We’ve created a “Morning Activity Report” that shows the previous day’s activities and we utilize the data for analysis in sheets.
We were very excited to see we could allow SMS tracking to automatically create those activities as opposed to manual logging, but they don’t show up on our reports. When we manually log an SMS, it the data is reported. Is there something we need to do or is this a design flaw?
