Reports are pulling from the database using criteria. When a report shows that I had 20 “activities” that are “SMS” and date is “current day”, somewhere in the background, that list is compiled to count the total. Why can we not drill down on that data to get a list of all of the SMS sent today. This is just an example, but I find myself wanting to drill down on most reports to analyze the data or check it for accuracy.
