Copper email tracking problem

Hi guys,

 

In the last 2 weeks, every time i view an email i sent to a prospect, Copper will count it as one view from the receiver.  So basically i sent an email to be tracked, opened the email by the same laptop (the same IP address) and Copper still cant manage to filter that out. Now I dont know if the email was  actually opened by the prospect or not, because it could just be me that who opened it and got counted.

 

Anyone got the same problem? I have only experienced recently and it is super annoying because it gave me false positives.

Experiencing the same issue.

This feature in this state is actually really damaging and affects client relationships.

Please fix it asap or turn it off!
