Transparency field does not work?

Hey guys,

 

When I, who does not have admin rights, reset the transparency from “everyone” to “only me” or “individuals” for specific emails or clients, it does not have any effect. Whenever I do this, my colleagues can still see the contents of the email. Why is that?
