Do user level employees have access to the integrations section of Copper? How do the work to connect integrations. Is that all set up by the admin?

Hi @mrsethwilson, thanks for posting! Only Admins and Account Owners have access to the Integrations section. If you are a regular user, you’ll need to work with your admin to set up an integration.

I am the admin, setting up for the first time, do the users use the same API code that is on my integrations list? @Michelle from Copper

@mrsethwilson Yup they can do that. If the integration also asks for an email address, they’ll need to put in your email address - it needs to match whoever generated the API key.

Alternatively, you can send them the URL for the API key page. From there, they can generate their own API keys. That page is hidden from their Settings navigation, but if they get to it via a direct URL, they can access and use it.
