Send bulk emails

I would like to send a bulk email to selected contacts but the Compose Bulk Emails icon is not displayed. I read the help article about sending bulk emails & watched the video.

I have checked my email preference setting and it is set to SEND AND REPLY FROM COPPER.

 

Is there some other setting I’m missing?

Hi @MHM, thanks for posting. The bulk email feature is available on our Professional and Business plans. Looks like your team is on a Basic subscription, which does not include the bulk email feature.
