Most of our sales are on a <3 month cadence.
Sometimes, during the course of an opportunity, there is a redirect. The opportunity is not dead, but becomes more of a bizdev activity for some time.
We are reluctant to close it as lost, since its not.
But, its not a current opportunity.
I would like to have a 2nd pipeline which is e.g. ‘longer-term projects’, and, move it from the current sales pipeline to that other pipeline.
How may I achieve this?
