Hi, I believe I have visibility and Permissions setting correctly set, however I cannot seem to view all customer accounts in our company that are delegated to the sales team.  I can only see accounts that are assigned to me. 

 

I seem to be having the same issue with activity.  I can only see activity from my account, but not each individual in our team.  

 

Can someone pls assist.
