Hello Copper Community! We’re currently trialing Copper’s Professional Plan and I’m just wondering what current customers think about the system and service provided? Although we’re pretty happy with the features, I’ve been trying to speak to someone at Copper about a glitch with data being imported that adds the timecode 1st January 1970 1am instead of the correct date. I keep hitting a brick wall where my chat says it’s being routed to a member of the team but instead it get’s closed within a day or so. This has happened twice now and I imagine their outsourced VAs over at eFlexservices are probably not managing the inbound enquiries that well. Does anybody have an insight for me so we can make an informed decision on whether to invest in Copper or go elsewhere?
