For multi select is there a special way I’m supposed to format for importing? Do I need to make the dropdown options prior or will they get created when I import. Thanks

Yes, you can import multi-select dropdown options. Have all of the multi-select options listed in a single column, with the options separate with a semicolon. Here’s an example:
