Hello, I understand that Copper’s email tracking works by embedding an invisible tracking pixel inside of an email. What is the file type and technical characteristics of this embedded pixel? I ask because our company is using another system that appears to be struggling with or blocking the tracking pixel based on its file type (the error message from the other system is “file type is not allowed”).
I am working with support at the other system and they may be able to adjust their system to allow the Copper pixels if I could get them details like file type, size, encoding schemes, etc.
