I’m finding several occassions where the email activity function in Copper is stating a recipient has opened an email when it was in fact me who opened the email.
Is there any adjustment I can make to this functionality to make it work better?
"Email Activity" misleadingly. tracking my opening emails sent as the recipient opening them.
