Any idea how much time does it take to update contacts in Google from Copper. Its been over 3 hours but the label is still not showing up?

Hi @Nish, thanks for posting! I don’t have the answer off the top of my head so let me ask my colleagues . Depending on their answer I might put you in touch with our technical support team.

In the meantime, can you confirm that you initiated your import through Settings > Manage Your Data > Import Data > Google Contacts?

After re-reading your post I think you might be referring to our Google Contacts sync. Let me know if that’s correct!

@Nish so I consulted one of our engineers on this, and it can take a few hours depending on how busy the servers are. There’s some potential for improvement here so I’d love to turn this Question into an Idea. That way we can get it in front of the Product team and also update you with any progress.
