Hello, I am looking to have a filter in my opportunity pipelines that can drill down by “Contact Type.” Example: I want to create a custom filter in a pipeline that only shows customers.
The contact type is auto-updated to a customer when an opportunity is won so the intuitive work around would be to create a filter with “Won” status.
However, in our business once a customer is signed up, they may not necessarily purchase from us in the future, so technically they remain a customer (they are setup with us), but opportunities are being won and lost through out the year depending on markets.
I’d like to have a view in opportunities, that simply shows contact types with “Customer” regardless of the opportunity status. Is there a work around or other filter I can use as a work around?
