cannot submit a support case

The “chat” button to submit a case does not work in Chrome or Edge. Has Copper disabled the ability to contact support altogether? They no longer support email as an option. There is no way to submit a case/ticket from the support site. This might be the last straw.

Hi @ak47, the chat icon might not be visible to some due to ad blocker or some other setting. Our team is actively investigating the cause and the solution.
