When I go to the Billing & Upgrade section on my account, I am unable to make any changes.
It shows:
“Managed Account
This Copper account is managed by your reseller.
For billing information and to make changes to your subscription (change plan type, add/remove seats), please contact your reseller directly:

We purchased our subscription from ProsperWorks directly in 2016. How can I get around this error, or get it fixed so that we are able to make changes to our subscription?
