Using our Google Sheets Add-on [video]

Did you know you can import your Copper data directly into a Google Sheet? Watch the video below to learn more!

Note: As of March 2022, Opportunities in the Copper left-hand menu is changing to Pipelines. Click here for more information.

 

To download the Google Sheets add-on:

  1. Open a new Google Sheet and go to Add-ons > Get add-ons
  2. Search “Copper” and select the first result
  3. Install the add-on!

 

To import data using the Google Sheets add-on:

  1. Open a Google Sheet and go to Add-ons > Copper CRM > Import Data
  2. If prompted, log in using your Google Workspace account.
  3. Select the record type and the filter you’d like to import.
  4. Click Import Data.
Select Import Data to open the add-on.

Just wanted to add that you can also use the Google Sheets Add-on to export only certain fields repeatedly. Basically, you can delete the extra columns during your first export into a Google Sheet. Then when you refresh in the future, it will only fetch the remaining columns and not the ones you deleted.
