Hello Coppernauts,

After careful consideration, the Copper team has made the difficult decision to sunset our Copper Community (community.copper.com) on March 15, 2025. While the Community has been a wonderful space for connection and ideas, we're shifting to a more focused and streamlined support approach.

All product updates and support documentation will now be available in our Help Center. You should also continue to share your product ideas directly through our in-app chat, where they’ll be sent to our Product Team for consideration. We’ll also share and update our 12 month roadmap here.

We’re excited about these changes because they allow us to focus on giving you faster, more reliable support and ensuring your feedback has a direct path to our team.

We're closing the Community, but don’t worry—you can still chat with us anytime. Think of it as moving the party to a cozier, more efficient venue!

Cheers,

The team at Copper

@Amie from Copper

One nice thing about the Community is the ability to see where and how long ideas have been out there, and what Copper has decided to consider and eventually move into production. Where will this information reside after the Community is closed? This transparency is one of Copper’s benefits, and as a user and someone who recommends Copper to my clients, I would not be excited about this change if this is lost.

Hi @Sarah M,

We appreciate your feedback and understand how valuable transparency is to our customers and partners.

While we won’t have a public forum to track every idea submitted, we now offer a customer-facing roadmap that outlines what we’re planning to work on over the next 12 months.

You can find it here: https://support.copper.com/en/articles/10485639-copper-roadmap.

This roadmap will be hosted in the Copper Help Center, so you’ll always have a place to refer to as updates are made. Keep in mind that while we aim to provide visibility, the roadmap isn’t a guarantee—especially for items further out in the timeline.

@Amie from Copper Thank you for answering.
