Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set up a Zapier connection that creates a Slack message when an Opportunity is marked as Won. That Slack message is sent to a certain channel depending on which Pipeline that Opportunity is in. For example, a Won Opportunity in a Consulting pipeline might trigger a message to a #consulting channel, whereas a Won Opportunity in a Tech New Business might send a message to a #tech_sales channel.

To set up this connection, you will need:

1. Copper CRM on Professional or Business Tier (admin access required)
2. Slack with multiple channels
3. a Zapier account on Starter tier or above
