We kicked off our first Coffee with Copper of 2023 talking about all things integrations!
At the end of last year, we launched Copper’s integrations marketplace as a central place for customers to explore the different tools that connect with Copper. In this session, we reviewed the different types of integrations available, including those created by Copper, those built by other businesses and top integrations built by Zapier. We also toured the marketplace to see how easy it is to review popular tools, search by name, or find tools based on their function — like accounting or email marketing.
Then, we introduced three of the most popular integrations our customers love to use:
-
Mailchimp: Mailchimp is one of the most popular email marketing tools in the marketplace. With its easy-to-use templates and list-building functionality, teams of all sizes use Mailchimp to engage with their customer base across their journey. Copper’s Mailchimp integration offers a 2-way sync, so your data within Copper and Mailchimp is always up-to-date. You’re able to segment smarter with automatic syncing of fields and tags, so you can build contextualized marketing lists for better results. Our integration also allows you to see engagement data like campaign sends, opens, clicks, and more so you know exactly which communications are driving value for your customers.
-
PandaDoc: PandaDoc helps teams create, manage, and sign digital documents including proposals, quotes, contracts and more. Copper users can build awesome proposals right from within a Copper opportunity. With PandaDoc’s template functionality, you can easily customize your documents and then use the Copper integration to send docs for signing right from your Copper account — saving you a whole lot of time.
-
JustCall: A phone system of choice for many sales and support teams, you can make, receive, record, and track phone calls right from Copper, so important details are documented every time you pick up the phone. The JustCall integration also allows you to send and receive text messages with your leads and companies. All text messages are automatically logged on your records, so you can see the different touch points leading to stronger, more fruitful relationships.
Our resident Copper expert Scott then shared best practices for using each of these integrations and we wrapped the webinar with a live Q&A.
