Copper community
The Copper community is your hub for all things Copper. And if you’re reading this article then you’re already here! There are three main areas within the Community, which we’ll outline below.
Community forum
This is where you can post your Copper questions and get answers from Copper’s success team and other Copper users. We’ll help you out no matter the topic. Copper setup, best practices, integration, API, security - come ask about any of it!
The resource library
This is where we have comprehensive guides on Copper setup, major features, integrations, industry case cases, and other great content. Use this section to learn about Copper or to get inspired with some customer stories and eBooks.
The ideas board
Have an idea for how we can improve Copper? Post it as an idea! From there, our team will review it and assess how it might fit on the product roadmap. We might also ask you for some details or specifics on your use case. And if you comment on or upvote a feature, we’ll notify you when it goes live.
All content within the community is searchable. And your community login is linked to your Copper account - no additional password to remember. Remember to log in to access all our content and to post or comment.

The help center is where we keep our more in-depth technical content. If you are looking for granular step-by-step instructions on using or troubleshooting a particular feature, this is the place to go!
Note: the search function in the community will pull results from both the community and the help center! So we recommend using the community search bar for the most comprehensive results.
