This process does not work anymore

I also think this does not work anymore (Nov2nd 2023) - it does not bring up the option to bulk email - i think since the new view of lists was brought in by Copper. Any help?

@Michelle from Copper can you confirm that this does not work anymore? When I try to “Bulk Email” I have a “Compose new message” pop-up from Gmail not from Copper.
