| This week, we started rolling out pipeline templates, made improvements to contact suggestions, and squashed some bugs. Pipeline Templates In the next few weeks, admins and account owners will be able to create new pipelines using industry-specific templates. Simply choose your industry, and we’ll display a template that you can customize to your specific needs.  We also plan to allow duplication of your existing pipelines in the near future. Stay tuned! Contact Suggestions We’re making it easier to find contacts that you’ve emailed recently that you should add to Copper. A new “View Suggestions” button will appear next to “Add People” in your People records. Previously, suggested contacts were found next to list settings. This feature will roll out in the coming weeks.  Bugs & Minor Enhancements We fixed an issue where “Add Copper to Gmail” shows up in the menu even if the Chrome extension is already installed. |

Thank you for letting us know about these improvements! Will the updates to the Pipeline functionality be accompanied by pipeline specific list views? Currently, if you use two separate pipelines, changing the list view set up for one will affect the other pipeline list view. This creates difficulties when using two or more pipelines containing different types of information. Feel free to have someone reach out to me if there are any questions on this.
