Hello Copper community! We have a new case study for you — and it’s a good one for anyone who likes to geek out about custom integrations.
FlightCharter is an Australian flight charter service that started up in 2017. Given the high-touch nature of their clientele, they’re laser focused on providing excellent service and building strong relationships. And they’ve been doing that using Copper since day one.
Founder Dave Mackey chose Copper for its Google Workspace integration, flexible customization, pipeline management and numerous integration options. The tech integrations in particular have allowed his team to build some impressive automations. For example:
-
Emails to request quotes from suppliers are automatically generated after they receive new inquiries or when an opportunity enters a certain pipeline stage. And when they hear back, Copper logs those quotes in the activity feed.
-
When a customer requests an itinerary change online, Copper automatically receives the updated information and prompts the FlightCharter team to register a new itinerary.
-
After a team member has confirmed a client’s travel arrangements, the system sends an automatic email with the travel details using an email template.
Dave’s team built these custom automations using a combination of Copper’s developer API, embedded apps, workflow automation and Zapier. But they’re also using Copper’s pre-built integrations with Google Workspace and JustCall.
All this has delivered the efficiency needed to grow their business. In just the last two years, they’ve increased their revenue by 120%!
